Evaluation version with postMessage fix

Resolve param postMessage problem between service and plot3d that caused
Chrome not able to visualize the complete model set

updated with ts files for CFM v5.3 evaluation
server/plot3d changes for supporting descriptive display metadata.
'share' button, browser line args processing.
