As Susan, I want to track information such as my daily cholesterol intake so that I can improve my heart health
As Susan, I want heart healthy meal recommendations so that I easily find meals that meet my dietary requirements
As Susan, I want to export my data so that I can share it with my doctor

John's Stories

As John, I want an app that can track my sleeping time so that i can maintain a healthy sleep schedule.
As John, I want notifications that recommend changes to the amount of sleep i get based on my schedule so that i don't have to think about how my schedule effects my sleep patterns.
As John, I want an option to automatically disable all notifications during my scheduled sleep so that i am not disturbed.

Sam's Stories

As Sam, I want an app that provides nutritional information for a variety of recipes so that i can quickly find healthy meals for my family.
As Sam, I want to be given lifestyle recommendations that are specifically tailored to me so that i can focus more on my children's well-being.
As Sam, I want to be able to transfer a recipe directly into my calorie counter so I don't have to manually enter every ingredient.

Chad's Stories

As Chad, I want to keep track of the macro-nutrients I intake so that i can increase the effectiveness of my workouts.
As Chad, I want to be able to track my stats(weight, body fat %, measurements, etc) so that i can easily see my progress over time.
As Chad, I want reminders for nutrient goals each day so that i can focus on my training rather than my diet.

Nicole's Stories

As Nicole, I want to track the nutritional value of what I eat.
As Nicole, I want to be able to view new recipes that fit my diet.
As Nicole, I want to receive advice on what I can do to live a healthier lifestyle.
