Is your software violating any licensing agreements? List all third-party software you plan to use and ensure that you have the right to use as you plan.

We play to use a USDA API to retrieve nutritional information about ingredients. The API is open to use by anyone. The recipes we are using are also available to anyone.

Are there any intellectual property constraints placed by your client? or by the owner of some dataset you need to use? List them.

The dataset is fine, the clients are able to create individual recipes and share them via a link.

Can your users use your app to break the law? post copyright works on your webapp? steal information? Etc. No, users can not use the app to break the law, all of the recipes are open and available to the public.
