The realm of IT work is not a very privacy-oriented field. However, GoMap aims to keep the information passed to the IT technicians or users on the same level of security as if the technician was at the machine diagnosing it on site. Items such as the IP address or MAC addresses of machines are as available as they would be normally for an IT tech.
