Improved Linux and Mac support
This PR aims to improve Linux and Mac support by fixing compile errors, update lz4 binaries to be universal and include signed binaries for Mac.

UE5.4 support and preparation for UEFN
In this new release we have added full support for UE5.4 and made the necessary preparations for a potential UEFN support.
Using the latest version of Rokoko Studio v2.4.5 you can now select the new UE5.4+ target and stream your animation over the new 'Newton' skeleton. This greatly simplifies the effort required to live stream your Actor from Rokoko Studio into Unreal Engine.
When live streaming, using the new skeleton format, simply create an Animation Blueprint of the included Newton model and connect a Live Link Pose node to your Output Pose node, and select the respected Live Link Subject.
