Thanks to Ryuzaki-MrL's recent commits

• AutoBanner is now more adapted to BlargVC banner.bat. Which means banner.bat is required in order for AutoBanner to work
• Overall timing improvements

Automatically create a banner.bin file for every game banner you create.
This is created inside:
output/games_directory/banner.bin

Which will be ready so you can then run make.bat
This means you can make as much game banners as you want. 😃
