Roboy's First KG-based Memory

We have implemented initial graph-based knowledge representation for Roboy project using Neo4j database which allows us to store entities as nodes connected by real-world relationships. The Java maven-based package contains the client which performs parsing ROS messages and talks to the database. The result is transferred via ROS as well.
