* Update webinar-series page fall 2024

* formatting test tweaks for webinars page

remove <li> per initial line for new entries, due to quirky formatting, as also occurred on main page. 
Some changes in github apparently - also had to manually specific webinars page in a new way, links may be slightly altered(?)

* additional formatting tweaks webinars page

* extra formatting webinars page

* add profile link webinar speaker

* webinar page add speaker info

* Update webinar-series.html - word tweaks
