Node.js updated, and made our CI workflows bitrot. Everyone's Julia CI workflows bitrotted, rather. Oh well. Really wish Julia's community wasn't so singularly focused on Microsoft and their code-stealing GitHub website.
Anyway, this might take a few commits to get it right.
