Working-with-Opencv

Just worked over the OpenCV from basic level to the face detection technique.

Program Present in the Respository are as Follows:

1. Conversion of RGB Image Fie to Gray Scale Format.
2. Providing of Output File after passing the test cases implemented over a file.
