AirLocate Region Monitoring in Background

Here is the procedure I use to generate this:

1. Turn off all iBeacons
2. Launch AirLocate
3. Tap Monitoring and edit the following:

UUID: E2C56DB5-DFFB-48D2-B060-D0F5A71096E0
Major: -blank-
Minor: -blank-
Notify Entry: On
Notify Exit: On
Notify Entry Display: On

4. Tap Save
5. Wait to get a "You are out of the region" dialog.
6. Hit the home button
7. Slide down from the top of the screen to view your notifications.
8. Tap ALL, then dismiss any notifications from AirLocate.
9. Tap the shoulder button to turn off your screen.
10. Start up your iBeacon transmitting on:

UUID: E2C56DB5-DFFB-48D2-B060-D0F5A71096E0
Major: 0
Minor: 0

10. Tap the shoulder button to turn on your screen.
11. Verify you get a "You're inside the region" notification from AirLocate.
12. Tap it and it launches the app
