New release for pypi

Merge pull request #19 from RWTH-EBC/new_release

updated version number for pypi deployment

Fixes fails due to new networkx releases

Networkx change the API. With this release we account for that change and uesgraphs should work with any networkx version higher then 2.1

Improve plotting and requirements

• Enable plotting of labels for incomplete graphs
• Set a version requirement on networkx >= 2.1

Fix setup.py

The distribution via pyPI did not work because packages were missing in setup.py. This is fixed.

Open source release

This is the initial public release of uesgraphs
