The GPU selection dropdown only lists supported GPUs despite many of the issues being reported on unsupported GPUs. This is an inconvenience for both the reporter and AMDer as the actual system configuration is hidden in the issue summary. Changing this to be text based make the information more easily accessible given that we still interact with and debug unsupported GPU issues.
Also added ROCm 6.2.1 to the version dropdown.
