I bumped setup-python to v5 because the automatic deployment was complaining and it is very out of date. However, this made me think if we should also change versions for everything else like Hugo and Python. @markotoplak, what do you think?

the setup-python action was actually complaining and then I just went ahdead and bumped everything up...
link checker still fails on diamond links.
