@markotoplak Here I have some data. It work with reading the data with the 'NeaSpec raw files' gsf reader and selecting O2P or O2A with the select raws just like in the attached workflow:

I edited this and did what I thought should be done. I understand that these references are raw and could crash if they do not precisely match, but for now this should be it.

I'll just merge it. Please test and complain.

@markotoplak It works fine for me thanks! Now I will implement the datatype (which we will rename later) attribute check for the preprocessors.
