2.1.0-alpha.1 for 1.20.2

This is the first Alpha release of 1.20.2! From now on I will provide more update than before, and all alpha-beta release will be released every 3 days, while stable release will be updated every Thursday (If there is any changes).

As promised, now QuantuMiz CE is Fabric based as Quilt team is now trying to include Telemetry, the thing I do NOT wanted for everyone. Because of that QuiltMC and AxolotlClient won't be supported anymore, and we will be using Osmium this time. I am now going strictly against of Quilt project.

This is still in Heavy WIP. I recommend against using it for production use, unless you are going to test the new features.
