@born-2learn @ricardoprins , Here's the PR for #34 consisting of implementations of Discrete Time Quantum Walks and Continuous Time Quantum Walks.
I have added two notebooks and a readme with relevant theory.
Please feel free to review and merge this PR.
I have a pending PR #35 as well and pending issue #36 please assign them and also merge my pending PRs under DWOC label.
