This will be a major update that changes the default drivers to the "batched" versions. These support AMD, Intel, and NVIDIA GPUs well as CPU systems. All standard molecular and solid state runs, and common observables, will be supported, e.g., enough for 95% of published QMCPACK studies. Legacy features will be removed in subsequent minor releases to allow for clean introduction of new features and more refactoring.
