Converts SA files to WAV files or to module files which can be loaded and edited in SonicArranger.

The standalone versions should work without .NET installed but are larger in size.
- 1.10: When converting back to module files (SOAR), the sample names are taken from the instruments which use that sample
- 1.9: Added possibility to save back to module format, fixed module format loading, add convert to module option in SonicConvert
- 1.8: Fixed stream reset
- 1.7: Fixed issue with wrong periods which lead to wrong note output
- 1.6: 4 channel output support, fixed volume
- 1.5: Fixed loading of module format, added EDAT reading (editor data)
- 1.4: Fixed an issue with the effect index which lead to crashes in some cases, new hardware LPF emu
