New intro to exceptions lecture

Summary

This PR closes LeoCumpli21#51.

Exceptions lecture was weak and dependant from the MVC lecture. Now, a new introduction is shown before the MVC exceptions pages.

Note:

• 5, 6 and 7 TWP_54 are the ones that depend on the MVC lecture. This ones will be changed once the MVC lecture is refactored.

Checklist

• Variables, functions and comments are translated to Spanish
• Functions follow underscore notation
• Spell check done & typos fixed
• All python code is PEP8 compliant
• Test coverage with Playwright implemented; locators are Pyhton code
• Reviewers assigned (all peers & at least 1 mentor)
