今回は未実装の 411 と 412 は見てないよ
スキル毎に別の時間にレビューしてる都合取っ散らかってるのは許してほしい
実装上の問題と余裕があれば改善してほしい細かいところのレビューが混ざってるので
気になる点なんかは聞いてくれれば早めに返答する
