[Select game] Reduce likelihood of selecting game played recently

User story

As a user when I select a random game to play, I would like to have the ability to toggle on a mechanism to reduce the likelihood of selecting a game I have recently played.

• introduce a toggle, that would be on by default, that reduces the likelihood of picking most recently played games based on the time it was played. The more recently the game was played the less likely it will be picked.
• Remove games played in the last x days with a slider
