[Plays] Ability to log plays for a game not in any collection

As a user I would like to be able to log a game that is not in my collection.

Currently only games in a collection can have games logged

Here's another question...is it possible to log a play of a game if you don't have it in a collection? Say you play a game at a convention with a bunch of strangers who aren't "friends" in the app.
