@pauldambra I've taken this as far I am going to. I thought I'd get a couple more features included but I haven't had the time so it's better just to hand it over in the current state. Feel free to use it as a base as you build out the new panels stuff.

• It's limited to the homepage so you should be able to progressively migrate to playlists, persons page, notebooks, etc
• I haven't implemented any kind of abstraction on panels (e.g. title, minimising, collapsing, etc)
• Any questions, happy to come back to it
