feat: enable trend actors in udfs (and enable matched recordings for trends)

Trend actors was still using old style funnels, although trends was using UDFs.

Modify trends udf to accept UUID and return matching UUID for users, and allow for it to be used for actors queries.

We were also not returning matching recordings for trends (setting the boolean for includeRecordings false in the actors modal query). Set it to true so we get recordings.

Update the UDF versioner to remove old versions.
