chore: remove event properties from subquery #24558

Problem

We do not allow you to filter by event properties so the property_groups does attribute never has event related properties in it

Changes

Let's remove any of the code related to it to make the query simpler

Does this work well for both Cloud and self-hosted?

Yes

How did you test this code?

Tests should all continue to pass and snapshots should be simpler :)
