feat(insights): cohorts from queries in persons modal

Problem

The "Save as Cohort" button wasn't working for query based persons modals.

This is the last blocker for having the HogQL lifecycle insights be feature complete.

Still todo: recordings in the modal, but those were broken for lifecycle insights anyway, so I'm leaving them for later.

Changes

Creates methods to save a cohort from a PersonsQuery node.

• TODO: save more than the first page

How did you test this code?

Wrote tests, checked in the interface.
