feat: use new icons library for billing products

Problem

We have a new icon library @posthog/icons, we should use it for product icons.

Changes

Uses the new icons lib instead of an image. I thought about making a component that could do this generically, but i feel like that belongs in the icon library if anywhere. So I just did this for now and can change it later if we do get a generic component for this purpose.

This is weird, it's failing because it can't find the module, which was also happening to me locally. But uninstall/reinstall seemed to fix but I can't do that in tests...
