Added a bunch of commits to tighten up the language, but (assuming the code aspects are correct) it LGTM.
Bit of feedback: Best if we avoid linking to things with the word 'here' (as in 'find out more about PostHog here'). It's generally better for SEO and users if we specify where we're directing to (as in 'find out more about PostHog via our product pages'

This PR documents how to use Altinity Cloud together with PostHog. PostHog/charts-clickhouse#279
Note I did not update release notes or Marketplace yet, nor involve people from Altinity side - let's do a first pass internally first.
