generator-polymer-init-custom-build now ships with a new gulpfile.js which we hope greatly simplifies the process of creating a custom bundle for your Polymer project. We've done away with the gulp-tasks directory and tried to streamline everything into 1 process. Please take a look at the new gulpfile and let us know what you think!
