This came in handy for an Allegheny County research project

Fixes

  • none

Description

  • uses beautifulsoup to scrape, prettify, and CSV-ify departments, and areas without departments in a separate file.
    • this level of prettification was enough for our purposes
  • updates the main readme for accuracy, and the template readme because it was wildly out of date
