how did you get this working in the end, and who is still using x86_64-darwin? |

We haven't yet, @aciceri is working on infra to add mac CI machine to Plutonomicon Hercules. Once that drops, this will be merged to enable darwin CI. We are trying to support darwin for all mlabs-maintained utilities and tools. |

Unfortunately, I don't have a mac for myself to test darwin build myself, so I need to wait for CI machine to see if there's any problem or not |

@L-as Yeah it's 2024 and there are still people not running NixOS...
With a physical self hosted darwin machine. But I dream of using this one day. |
