This PR adds dependencies that are required to build the GpioD extension of this PR: Pi4J/pi4j-v2#322
I swapped the raspbian 32-bit compiler (gcc-linaro-arm-linux-gnueabihf-raspbian-x64) with gcc-arm-linux-gnueabihf, since the old compiler was missing crutial dependencies. The project still compiles, but I didn't test the old native libraries for function.
