Disasters

WIP An example configuration for Magic plugin.

Requirements

1. Minecraft server version 1.17 or above.
2. Magic plugin 9.4.1 or above.

WARNING

This example may not work well on weak servers/computers.
If you experiencing any problems with the addon, you can create an issue.

How to install

1. Install the Magic plugin.
2. Enter the command /mconfig example fetch disasters.
3. Add the example by doing /mconfig example add disasters.
4. Create a Disaster Generator by doing /mblock add disaster.

Description

Every 15 seconds the generator will try to create a new disaster.
Disasters are only created if there is players nearby.
All damage caused by disasters is permanent.
If all conditions are met, you (or other player) will see one or more of these disasters:

• Waves

  Waves will appear if you swimming or standing near to the ocean.
  
  

• Sandstorms

  Sandstorms appear in deserts.
  (For obvious reasons the amount of particles is reduced)
  
  

• Tornadoes

  Tornadoes appear at thunder in any biome with a small chance.
  
  

• Meteors

  Meteors appear in the sky with a very small chance.
  Landed meteorite may contain useful materials.
