[Dataset Quality]Fix elastic doc test (elastic#197835)

Found a bug while backporting another PR.

The elastic docs in main always refer to master, but once a release is
cut, it check for specific version in the URL.

hence updated the test

P.S: This does not need backport to 8.x as this has already been fixed
in 8.x
