New pause menu and bug fixes

Bug fixes:
Fixed a bug caused by the gcode naming with special chars.

New features:
Introducing a new submenu during a print pause to control the extruder and movement

To update:

1. Flash the screen with the new tft firmware:

Added: X3seriesLCD_firmware_v1.02.tft
Added: X3seriesLCD_firmware_v1.02_legacy.tft
