The program complains when I use the QR code, and gives a Reader error

This is a known issue. Sometimes, a QR code will cause an issue from time to time. If this happens, return to the Global Link, close the current QR box, and request a new one. This should solve the issue. If this persists, please notify me, either through an issue on here, or through the Smogon Thread.

When I paste my team into Pokemon Showdown, there is an issue where it doesn't recognize the ability or Pokemon that is pasted. What should I do?

In this situation, this is probably an error on my end. Please notify me what the issue is, and send what Pokemon/Ability is wrong

I get the wrong form of Pokemon being shown. Is this a bug?

Some forms are not implemented at this moment in time. Forms such as Vivillon are not added, simply due to the fact that they do not affect the abilities or stats of the Pokemon in question.
