Librarians and Other Potential Contributors

  • Need general purpose (simpler than Github) way to be able to register in order to make contributions
  • Require mechanism to be able to correct and or enhance metadata found in records (typos, new links, fixing broken links, etc.)

Perseus Editors

  • Lisa and other Perseus editors use http://catalog.perseus.org/cite-collections/forms to "bump" URNs for new editions.
  • Use CiteCollection tables to redirect URNs for incorrect or duplication versions of texts
  • Correct textgroup, author and work names that have typos or other errors
  • Use to change the canonical ID for an author or associate alternate IDs for related works
