1440p & 4k UI Element Resizing Issue

Description

So I know logged this awhile back and we did some work since then but the issue was never fixed.
Basically from my understanding the UI is originally set in the menu or something, which is forced to 1080p. Then you enter the game and it adjusts, however it doesn't run the resize or something.

Basically the problem is, any of our custom UI elements that are further than 1080p to the right. Such as the character sheet opener, and the quest book, aren't actually clickable until you force resize the window.

Reproduction steps

1. Use 1440p or 4k Resolution
2. Join a world with a character without resizing window
3. Try to click the quest or character sheet UI elements.

Note that clicks are not registered

Can't replicate on 1440p. My window's 1920x1280, everything draws and is clickable perfectly fine.

Yea I believe it would require something larger than 1920 width. Anything beyond that exact 1920 is where it starts.
