Standardize The Left Drawer Minimization and Maximization Methodology Throughout the App

1. There must be a single methodology to minimize and maximize the left drawer THROUGHOUT THE APP no matter the size of the screen.
2. The hamburger icon methodology must be removed as it is not intuitive to use

1. The expectation is that this would be the sole methodology of expanding the drawer
   
2. And that this way would be the sole way to retract it.
