Refactor CSS files in src/screens/OrgList (#2764)

* orgList ui bug fixed

* refactor organizationModal css into a single global css file

* fixed className conflicts with global css file

* Consolidating .sampleOrgSection classes int o one

* Removed comments & duplicates

* removed unnecessary code & used css variable to maintain consistency
