HOSCY Open Beta

Welcome to the 31th open beta version of HOSCY!
This release includes a few new features, Whisper AI and a few fixes.

If you have any questions or issues, both documentation, and a link to the Discord can be found on the main page. The wiki contains all information needed, including a quick start guide.

I did not test this a lot, let me know if any issues happen.

+ UI order restructure (Moved around some things that should've been in other places)

+ Config now automatically gets backed up on launch

+ Speech indicator no longer appears when muted
