Yo i cannot for the FUCKING LIFE OF ME figure out why Wget isn't executing the command with a URL..
and its even harder cuz ur on windows. but i changed the structure up a little bit to make it less hacky... so we aren't dealing with fucking strings and pushing whitespace into them like a bunch of noobs.
i tried to get ur windows code working the same. but these tests fail for now... take a look at wget
