Patch to fix bugs with the workflow:

  • Fix VCF input to ancestry subworkflow (and add action) ✅
  • Label PLINK2_SCORE with errorRetry (avoid RAM exhaustion) ✅
  • Fix conda actions ✅
  • Fix score options (imputation / read-freq) ✅
  • Update reference king naming to be consistent ✅
