As GPM was shut down, here's the last version from May 2020. As I stopped working on it 3 years back, I won't be able to help with any issues.

Please note, that this version does not contain the audio files, as they are copyright by Rockstar Games! You will have to extract the audio from the gamefiles yourself and convert to ogg. You can find the list of audiofiles here: FivePDAudio_Client/AudioLibrary.cs
