Not sure yet what to do about "frozen" sites which only have the hackathon.json file and HTML pages. Keeping the PR open for now. |

Adds a script which collects data from every site listed in a
urls.txt, one URL per line.The schema has been corrected, and now has an origin column with the server URL.
