What is the Health Manager?

It's a clinically relevant, patient-oriented decision tool that shows, predicts, and helps people with their health status.

  • shows more, tells less
  • optimizes the software's own behavior around the patient's behavior
  • speaks in simple terms (5th grade English)
  • measures health status (by minute, hour, day, week, etc)
  • continuously evolves the patient care plan
