fix: standardize lodash-es usage across packages

Description

This PR updates the project to use lodash-es consistently across packages, fixing module import errors in e2e tests.

Changes

• Updated cosmos provider to use lodash-es
• Added proper type definitions with @types/lodash-es
• Updated yarn.lock files to reflect dependency changes
• Replaced lodash's isArray with native Array.isArray for better compatibility

Testing

• E2e tests are passing (1 passed, 2 skipped - original test state)
• No more lodash import errors
• Build completes successfully
