James McKinney discovered at the OGP summit that Ukraine parliamentary data has already been scraped by Kohovolit. From a quick look they appear to be pretty comprehensive so we should probably just use those scrapers.

James wrote:

I learned at the OGP Summit that Kohovolit had subcontracted some Ukraine votes scraping to Open Data Kosovo: https://github.com/opendatakosovo/parldata-scraper The data is also available via its API: https://github.com/KohoVolit/api.parldata.eu You can get in touch with Georges Labrèche about these

And Georges replied:

Yes, the spreadsheet, here it is!

We posted the data using the Visegrad+ Parliament API.

You can use the same API to access data.

Also, here's the source code of the data scraper we developed for Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine.

My initial thought was that it is too late in the project to switch but if this can solve problems like #22 then maybe it's worth it? 💭

Bizarre. Now can't access the API from my machine. I have to use a VPN to access it. What gives?
