I was recently told that someone else has already scraped comprehensive Ukraine parliamentary data: OPORA/publicwhip#88 It appears to include historical people data so it's probably easy to pull that into EveryPolitician - nice! 💎

See also #23344 which is the official dataset (note: created with OPORA involvement, so may effectively be the same data via different source)
